Contact

Please familiarize yourself with my terms and conditions and client agreement. This will ensure a smooth process and will allow you to engage my service.Initial communication through my email is preferred and most convenient!. Below is a convenient form for you to reference or fill out! Simply copy/paste the template into the message box, fill it out, and click send.

Terms and Conditions

(0) By purchasing my service (art), you are acknowledging and agreeing to my Terms and Conditions listed here, and to my Client Agreement below. If you disagree with my terms and conditions before a purchase is made, I will refuse your commission. If you become uncomfortable or if you disagree with the terms and conditions after purchase, the commission work ends, and a refund or partial refund will take place depending on piece progress.(1) All my works are exclusively intended for non-commercial, non-AI/neural network training personal use, meaning they cannot be used for profit, advertising, marketing, branding, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), dataset training, or any activity seeking revenue or AI development.(2) I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason. Similarly, in the event the commissioner changes their mind or I cannot complete a commission after the invoice is paid, a partial or full refund may be offered. Please consult my "subject matter" section at the bottom of this page.(3) The initial "consultation" step, which involves thumbnailing, dialing in your vision, and chatting, is free! This consultation takes place after I receive your commission inquiry via my preferred methods, and I'm given sufficient information to move forward. There is zero commitment to move on to the next step, which is me sending you and invoice, and then the start of work. Please see the "Starter Template" form in my "Pricing and Contact" page for steps to contact me and to make the most out of our future consultation.(4) Payment is made via PayPal invoicing and is 100% paid for upfront before work begins. No refunds on completed works. The sent invoice will contain a copy of the agreed-upon thumbnail and a description of the expectations of the final work derived from our consultation. IMPORTANT: Purchasing my service (art) means you accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with them at any point in time, the commission will end, and I will issue a full or partial refund depending on work complete.(5) I do not do OC/character design and creation work at this point in time. Helping you brainstorm and create a character is a high honor, but I'm currently focusing on drawing your pre-existing characters. Please provide a reference sheet and/or relevant SFW reference art during our consultation session. Reference sheets should be clear and complete.(6) Edit requests, either after the linework stage or after completion, that result in major deviations from the agreed-upon thumbnail, may either incur additional fees or be denied. These are things like complete changes to the pose, total change in attire, or major adjustments to the background. Please understand that my works are traditional, so such edits may be very time-consuming or even impossible if details are burnished.(7) Two minor edits, either at or after the linework stage or after completion, that do not deviate from the agreed-upon thumbnail, are free. These are things like adjusting the tone of the character's hair or editing an inconsequential detail in the background (Things that would be simple to adjust and fix and not require heavy erasing and re-constructing). Third and subsequent requests may incur additional fees.(8) NSFW works and commissions are on an indefinite pause. I am not comfortable drawing pornographic or graphic content at this point in time. Artistic or tasteful nudity is fine (think pieces like Danae By Rembrandt. The focus is not the genitals nor the stimulation of them).(9) I reserve the right to upload completed works to my twitter account, FurAffinity account (if applicable), this site's gallery, and any other internet platform of my choosing. Please let me know if you'd rather be kept anonymous, or if you'd like me to tag you in the post!(10) You may also re-upload the commissioned work I made for you anywhere, but you must preserve my signature and link to at least one of my socials. Please also keep item 1 in mind.(11) I retain all copyright to my work. This includes my right to watermark and/or sign my work, distribution rights, reproducing rights, use of the work in my galleries, and for advertising my works. This does not include the copyrights to your character.(12) I reserve the right to adjust the price depending on complexity of subject material, and I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund for the commission at any point in time for any reason.(13) Service (your commissioned artwork) is considered complete once you, the customer, have your files. I will email you a dropbox link containing the original scanned 2400dpi piece, a digitally touched-up 2400dpi piece, and a resized digitally touched-up piece that is smaller than 10mb. There is no guarantee I'll hold on to these files forever! I have limited hard drive space and limited storage on dropbox, so please be timely in your download.

Client Agreement

  • You may display, share, or upload the artwork you commissioned for you if and only if you retain my signature, credit me, and provide some form of link to one of my socials.

  • You may create physical media of the artwork you commissioned for only personal, non-commercial use. Please preserve my signature.

  • You should respect the artist's time and privacy and trust that he will send you a minimum of two status reports a week. The piece may take at most two weeks to complete, but may change depending on complexity and composition.

  • You may not modify, edit, or use my art in a transformative way without prior permission.

  • You should respect the artist's pricing and payment system. Any harassment over either will result in a termination of contact. Understand that I want to be flexible and accommodating, but I can only go so far.

  • You may not trace my work with the intent to create a copy or new piece for uploading, advertising, or selling.

Commission Subject Matter

Make sure you've read item number 8 in my terms and conditions. As stated above in item 2, I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason. If it's illegal, damaging, paraphilic, cruel, or if you need a Tor browser to reach the content you want me to draw, then it is a hard no. Refusal to accept my decision and further pestering will lead to a block and a blacklisting. If you want a list of explicit subject matters I won't draw, visit my FurAffinity page.

Starter Template and How to Reach Out

I understand how it can be daunting to reach out to an artist for a commission. In order to make the process easier and to streamline our consultation and thumbnailing, I wrote this statement, question, and answer template to get all your thoughts down in one place! Use it for reference and guidance when writing your first commission contact message, or fill it out and message it to me via the commission inquiry form at the bottom of my Terms and Conditions page (preferred, sends directly to my business email), Telegram , or X/Twitter.Allow for 1-3 business days for me to respond. We'll chat and tie up any loose ends.

1: Thanks for reaching out! Tell me a little about yourself. How did you find my little corner of the internet?A:2: Which of your characters (or which characters, if multiple) would you like me to draw? Attach links to reference sheets and/or non pornographic reference images as necessary. Please do not flashbang me with unasked-for pornographic art of your character: you will be blocked.A:3: What pose, action, props/foreground elements, facial expression, gesture, etc would you like to see them in or with?A: (Example: Jim standing with his right arm on his hip beside a mailbox, and his left hand is holding onto a recently-delivered package. He has a bright excited smile.)4: (If applicable), what is the background, scenario/context and setting? This can be "none" or something like "simple gradient" or "cross-hatching pattern".A: (Example: The background is his Nevada home from the front-facing angle, and the context is that he's been awaiting the final piece to his car project.)5: Tell me about your character(s) you want me to draw. What's their story? What do they mean to you? Is there any important iconography or symbols I need to focus on? If applicable, what is the significance of your background and setting?

A:
6: Assuming you sent this commission inquiry over Telegram, Twitter/X messenger, or to my email, is this your preferred method of contact? Please provide your Telegram, X/Twitter, or Discord handle so that we may discuss your commission.A:7: (If you answered "yes" above) What is the best time and day to set up our free consultation and thumbnail sketching session if you can communicate over X/Twitter, Telegram, or Discord? Same-day consultations are not possible at this time. Please reserve up to an hour for this consultation.A:8: Are there any other considerations, comments, or concerns you'd like me to know about?A:

Contact Information and Boundaries

Please make sure you've given the starter template above a look before sending your first commission inquiry message! Though my Twitter/X and FurAffinity links are accessible on this site, I prefer to conduct business over my email or my telegram account. Please be cognizant that my email and telegram accounts are oriented for business.

Additionally, though I have a public face online, I am not open to chat with everyone. Please respect my privacy and choice. I will not respond to non-busines emails and messages, meaning I'm not looking to RP nor am I trying to make friends at this point in time! Messages like "Hiii~" or "Do you take commissions?" will be ignored! Please see my starter template at the bottom of my Commissions page to help form your first message if your intent is to commission me. Continued disregarding of this request of mine will result in a block and a blacklisting.

Now what?

So you followed my starter template, reached out via email or telegram (or Twitter/X), and are now awaiting a response. First and foremost, thank you so much for considering my style and vision for your next commissioned piece! Now, within 1-3 business days, I will review your message and determine the best way to move forward into the free consultation and thumbnailing stage given your preferred method of contact and
best time to hold a call.

Free Consultation and Thumbnailing

At the agreed upon time, I will now send you a greeting over the preferred messaging platform! Communication and understanding between the client and the artist is crucial for a positive experience, so we'll chat and get to know one another before moving on to the commission. Going off of the starter template or similar set of statements/questions/answers you sent me, we'll make sure we're on the same page in terms of expectations, desired outcomes, and we'll clarify any confusion, misunderstandings, or limitations. The last component of this meeting is the thumbnailing. In art, a "thumbnail sketch" is a quick and small drawing meant to establish a baseline of the piece's composition, values, poses, you name it. They are not intended to be very detailed. My goal is to create a thumbnail that represents a final product you'd be happy with! When a thumbnail is agreed upon, I finalize the price, the free consultation comes to a close, and we can move forward.

Invoice and Work

When I and you agree to move forward, I will write an invoice in PayPal that includes key agreements and quotes from our discussion alongside a copy of the agreed upon thumbnail. Please keep Terms and Conditions item 0 in mind! Accepting and paying the invoice is acknowledging and agreeing to my terms and conditions and client agreement. Work on the piece begins as soon as payment is received. Expect a minimum of two status updates a week!

Depending on my work pace, the first status update you may receive is a "line work" or "construction line" check. This is a WIP (work-in-progress) that is ready for cleaning up, detailing, shading, and texturing. This image should contain all details we discussed and agreed upon during the free consultation. If everything looks accurate to what we discussed, then the process moves along. However, if I forgot a detail or aspect that we certifiably agreed upon during the consultation, then I will edit it right away. Requests for additional details, change of pose, changing the background, etc that deviates from the agreed-upon consultation parameters will incur additional costs for the added labor. Cancellation at this point will result in a partial refund. This is also a good time for any minor edit requests (see Terms and Conditions item 7)! I do not continue onto the final stage unless I receive your approval.

At this stage, I'll begin to clean up the lines, finalize the forms and volumes, and begin texturing, shading, and all other processes to finalize the artwork. A reminder that two minor edits at this point are free, but additional ones will incur costs. Please ensure you understand Terms and Conditions parts 6 and 7. As I put down darker values with darker pencils, it becomes increasingly harder to make major changes, so I reserve the right to incur fees that reflect the difficulty or time needed to fit the new vision. If, however, such a change would be too much work or impossible due to burnishing, then I will refuse. When complete, I'll send you a low-resolution piece with a watermark for final review.

Dropbox Links: Commission Complete!

My work is now concluded. I'll message or email you a dropbox link containing your 2400dpi pieces as described in the Terms and Conditions. Please keep items Terms and Conditions items 9, 10, 11, 13 and the Client Agreement in mind. At that point, our business is concluded. Thank you so much for your patronage!
